Toddler or Baby?

I know Andrina is technically a toddler but she sure seems like a baby still to me. Maybe I'll see more "toddler" in her in 3 or 4 months...

I've been telling people that these kids aren't out of the baby stage until they are about 18 months. I'm glad to have it verified by a second source!
