Zoo Day

Andrina and I headed out to Phillips Park Zoo today. It was a nice spring day so I decided we'd spend the day outdoors instead of at her Gymboree class. Andrina and I took a walk in the garden, saw the few animals they have, had a picnic lunch and played at their very large playground. My happy little girl loved it, which is not a surprise. We'll have to go some more this year and in a few weeks, it'll be a trip to Brookfield Zoo for cousin Anne's 4th birthday party... so much fun to be had!

Since Andrina loves dinosaurs (like most kids) she really liked this:

Andrina really liked the alligators-to her they are all "Arnie" from

"The Muppet Movie" and "Kermit's Swamp Years"

I think the turtle statue was more interesting to her than the real turtles!
